High-performing professionals often push past their limits before noticing the signals. I offer a confidential space to slow down, reflect, and rebuild — restoring energy and perspective so you can move forward sustainably.
03
Using tools including MBTI and CRS, I offer in-depth personal assessments to support self-awareness and development. I also provide professional training programmes for lawyers and consultants on communication, leadership and resilience.
My approach
I believe that meaningful growth requires both depth and action. My style is warm, open and direct — I create a safe space to explore what is truly going on, while keeping focus on what you want to achieve.
I draw on my background as a lawyer, my training in organisational psychology, and my experience at the intersection of high performance and human wellbeing.
I am passionate about helping others realise their full potential — not the version others expect, but the one that is genuinely theirs.

About Hélène
Psychologist · Coach · Trainer
I began my career as a lawyer before making a deliberate choice to study psychology — while raising three sons. I completed my Master's in Organisational Behavior and conducted my research project on negotiations at Stanford University.
My first coaching experience came in 2019, working with students at Stanford's Graduate School of Business as part of their leadership coaching programme. After returning to the Netherlands, I joined De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek as HR Business Partner and Wellbeing Coach, where I worked closely with junior and senior associates navigating the demands of an international law firm.
Today I work independently as a career coach, assessment analyst, and professional trainer. My clients are lawyers, consultants and professionals in high-demand environments who are ready to do the inner work that leads to lasting change.

"Truly transformative."
Working with Hélène gave me the clarity I had been searching for. Her ability to ask the right questions — gently but precisely — helped me see my situation in an entirely new light. I left every session with something concrete to work with.
"The best investment in myself."
Hélène combines warmth with sharp psychological insight. She helped me recognise patterns I had been carrying for years, and gave me practical tools to shift them. Her background as a former lawyer means she genuinely understands the pressures of the profession.
"Safe, structured and deeply helpful."
I came to Hélène on the verge of burnout. What I found was not just support, but a structured process that helped me understand what had gone wrong and how to rebuild differently. I am now in a role I love, with energy to match.
"Sharp, warm and remarkably perceptive."
The MBTI assessment combined with Hélène's coaching gave me a language for things I had always sensed but never been able to articulate. A genuinely valuable experience for anyone serious about their development.
"She sees what others miss."
Hélène has a rare combination of analytical rigour and genuine human connection. Her training sessions for our junior lawyers were highly rated — practical, engaging and immediately applicable. We will absolutely work with her again.
"Exactly what I needed."
I was sceptical about coaching, but Hélène won me over quickly. No jargon, no platitudes — just honest, focused conversation that helped me make a decision I had been avoiding for two years. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
